Hello Leonardo,
Currently I use an old driver (23.20.16.4982) that does not have this problem.
However, if I update to more recent ones (24.20.100.xxxx) the problem persists.

Hello Diego,
Thank you for monitoring this thread.
To recap: I performed the unistallations and reinstallations.
The problem still persists. It has happened twice in the last two weeks. Please find attached the System Support Utility log you asked for.

Hi Guys,
Was finally able to get my hands on the D435 and got to play around with it. I've manage to work around my current background subtraction code with pyrealsense and was able to get the x,y coords of a detected object. Now Im checking how am I able to retrieve the exact depth information in the form of a value in my program? Will inputting the current x,y coords help in any way?
For example, I have the x,y midpoint coords of that bounding box and now I wish to get the depth distance of the x,y midpoints.
First at all sorry my delay to answer.
I just made a test what you advised.
I put only 2 modules and the problem is the same.
All my memories are:
SMART PC3-12800R-11-11-E2 - SBR2013103120178 - PB131031-A56
All the erros leds of memories are off. My chassi aren´t Intel.
How can I upload BMC logs for you?
I attached a picture with a Hardware Status on vCenter or vSphere.
Best regards
Follow the picture of my memory module.
All of memory modules are the same model.
Best regards.
Hello KubaW,
We are waiting for you to send us the latest sysinfo logs from the updated server is that possible?

1. Is the Samsung 860 Pro SSD SATA recognized in Bios? Check Advanced>Devices>Sata (the SATA port have to be enabled).
2. If your SSD is recognized in Bios, however you don't see it in Windows, you have to initialize your SSD in Disk Management. The following steps are valid for Disk Management in Windows 10 (which I have). I assume that is very similar procedure in Windows Server 2016:
Hope this helps

Hi David,
I ended up using a Windows RAID as a temporary measure.
Reading this thread Cannot keep existing data on a disk when creating Raid 1 volume with IRST ? it seems that there may be an issue caused by the drive being GPT (not MBR). It was set to GPT in order to access the full 3TB.
I suspect that if I had an MBR drive, then the option to migrate data would be available. Is that correct?
Regards,
Tibor.
Hi Peter.
The NUC shows what is normally shown on POST and boot in linux - everything is there - and functions normally with no errors occurs.
I do not think that i have a 4:4:4 picture to test with. I just assumed that since the TV shows the videos and everything looks (almost) as expected that it is 4:4:4
Can you send me a url for such a video or picture?
When i write (almost) i se that the CPU usage when using VAAPI is a bit to high. I thing that it is caused by VA module in my Mythtv is not compiled for the right VA lib version for the NUC. I use the:
Somewhre i read that the normal ubuntu multiverse Mythtv is compiled for my version of VA module.
Good news and thank you to al.hill for helping me, and making me go through all the basics.
It turns out...
The download of the BIOS I did at the very beginning, before I upgraded the drivers, was corrupted.
I tried the BIOS recovery this morning, and couldn't get it to work, so I decided to go back to the download page and re-download it. To start from scratch.
There I realised that the download was 7.5MB, but on the stick the file was 6.5MB.
So I replaced it with the 7.5MB version and the F7 method worked flawlessly.
Hi,
I have three d415 and I want to calibrate them to get aligned pointclouds from the streams later.
I managed to get opencv running on my windows10 machine and can get Homography between a given source image and the stream's color frame.
So far so good. But now I'm stuck.
How can I find the rotation and translation from the findHomography values?
This is the result using SURF detection with opencv:
I'm using
cv::Mat H = findHomography(object_to_search_for, frame_scene, cv::RANSAC);
on each frame in RealsenseViewer
and then
// set up a virtual camera
float f = 100, w = 1280, h = 740;
cv::Mat1f K = (cv::Mat1f(3, 3) <<
f, 0, w / 2,
0, f, h / 2,
0, 0, 1);
std::vector<cv::Mat> Rs, Ts;
cv::decomposeHomographyMat(H,
K,
Rs, Ts,
cv::noArray());
.....
int cnt = 0;
for (auto rsp : Rs) {
sprintf_s(buffert, "\nRotation ");
OutputDebugStringA(buffert);
plotMat(rsp);
cnt++;
}
......
with following output:

Maybe someone can help me to get started?

Hello Ashly, |
Hi Jens,
In the movies you will not see any difference. They are usually encoded at 4:2:0. The difference is only visible on color text. That's why it is only critical when you use the TV as a PC monitor from a close distance.
To check the chroma subsampling, you can display the attached image pixel-to-pixel, for example, in MS Paint (the browser can do additional scaling). If it is 4:4:4 the text in all lines will be equally sharp. At the same time in the middle rectangle it is usually visible "4:4:4". Otherwise, the text in color lines (especially the bottom two lines) will look noticeably less clearly. At the same time in the middle rectangle may appear "4:2:2". In 4:2:0 two bottom lines become unreadable.
Regarding the CPU usage. 4K playback consumes around 10% of CPU and 40% of GPU. It's in MPC-BE player under Win10. Sorry, don't have Linux.
Best,
Peter
Hi All,
Trying to get my Optane Memory to accelerate my secondary drive. The application identifies my Optane Memory and all the drives.
When I set it to the secondary drive, the error code shows: 0xA005004B.
I've search through all of the support pages and googled. I can't find any reference to this error code so not sure how to resolve.
Specs:
CPU: Kaby Lake i5-7500
MB: Asrock z270 supercarrier
OS: Windows 10 64-bit
Secondary drive: DT01ACA300 MX6OABB0 3TB
Optane memory: M10 32GB
Any help appreciated.
Hi Peter.
I can have downloadad the picture and have display'ed it fullscreen i Ristretto (the Xubuntu Paint alternative).
I can clearly read all the lines and in the pink triangle i can read both 4:2:2 and 4:4:4.
4:2:2 in a lighter pink and 4:4:4 in a darker pink.
I have tried to take a photo with my mobile but the mobile doesn't do the screen justice.
Running into the same issue that some of the folks in another thread are seeing with the NUC8I7HNK (Installing ESXi on NUC8I7HNK - failing ). Getting the same error “Shutting down firmware services…..Using “simple offset” UEFT RTS mapping policy”
It seems that a BIOS upgrade fixed the same problem on the HVK model of that NUC so want to know if Intel is investigating the issue on the NUC8i7BEH and planning a BIOS update to fix this issue?
Bought the NUC, memory and drive with the intent of installing ESX as I had on my older NUC7i7BNH which worked great. Are other seeing this issue? Would like to hear from anyone at Intel if this is being looked at? Really frustrating waiting for the new NUC's to come out only to find out that ESX cannot install on it which is a pretty common use case for the NUCs.
After installing BIOS 57 for NUC6i7KYK, the random reboot issues came back right away. Computer will randomly reboot and come to a POST Failure message. Reverting back to BIOS 55 makes the problem go away.
Please fix. Thank you!
Hi Jens,
Your image is stretched to the full screen. The critical part is to render the image pixel-to-pixel, or at 100%. Since the image is 817x720 it will occupy only a small of the 3840x2160 screen (1/3 vertically). See attached photos of 4:4:4, 4:2:2 and 4:2:0 for reference
Best,
Peter
I keep receiving 0xA0070004 error code after disabling RAID Mode in the UEFI. The Optane Memory was successfully paired with the hard disk before. Now I only receive this code.
Attached is my build
