USB 3 drives won't power down even with Power Option, USB Selective Suspend, enabled. Same USB 3 drives, Seagate and Toshiba, power down on other machines, but not on NUC, D54250WYK, 8.1 Windows Media Center. I also have the hard disks set to power down after 20 minutes within Power Options. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
