Usually you will get an option to repair Microsoft* .Net Framework 4.x after clicking Uninstall/Change.

There may be different causes for this particular issue; therefore we would like to get the following information if your issue persists:
- Operating system version. Elaborate on whether it is a fresh or upgrade installation.
- Computer’s brand and model.
