i7 3770 CPU temperature increasing in BIOS&Win7 (suddenly, never happen before)

Computer specifications:

Intel i7 3770 3,4GHz (proccesor)

Asus P8H77-M Pro (motherboard)

Overseer RX-I (case)

I recently changed my computer case (and old one) to my new Overseer RX-I case, but now my processor with NO reason, is increasing the CPU temperature, I am in BIOS and every second, more or less, the CPU temperature is increasing +1ºC to reach the limit and the PC is shutting down... With the old case never happent.

Common issues, I have experience building computer so... (I'm not an expert but I can build them), I connected all case fans, CPU fan (3 pin), I put some thermal slug, a bit (probabbly i did bad, but it should not care to increase the cpu temperature soooo fast in BIOS), so what is it happening?

I appreciate all help, thanks guys!

Alejandro.

PS: Some times the PC can run enough and the BIOS says (after automated reboot) "CPU over temperature control error!"

PS2: I removed the DVD writer and it was very relaxed, and then again over heat... the System clock was changed too... I don't know whatelse to try, I don't have any ram module to test it, i only have 1 ddr3 ram.
