Hello Evaldas

Your processor has a T-junction value of 90°C (PGA) or 105°C (BGA).  You can see that info on this link http://ark.intel.com/products/71465/Intel-Core-i3-3120M-Processor-3M-Cache-2_50-GHz?q=3120m

PGA is when the processor is place on the board but you are able to remove it. BGA is when the processor is seat/seal to the board and it cannot be moved.

When you are running heavy processor's  applications that take control of the CPU, and use it at 100%, the processor will reach those temperatures.

Intel® has a tool that will test every single component inside the processor and then will generate a report. I recommend you running the tool named Intel® Processor Diagnostics Tool. It can be downloaded at the following link:

In the case the issue persists, I recommend you to contact your laptop manufacture just in case you need to replace it.

Regards.
