Ahhh... looking for other possible sources of electromagnetic interferences?

Please see attached image.

Don't think it's appropriate to post my D54250WYKH NUC's serial no. here (if that's what you wanted), but other details are as follows:

  • Please ignore the HDD in the attached image as it is usually not there; this photo was taken to show my friends how small the NUC is even with a 2.5" external HDD sitting atop it.
  • Porcelain display is outside the equation, unless someone suggests it may be made of radio-active clay.
  • Effect of plastic speaker (spec at 4ohm, max 166W) should be negligible since my 2.1 home theatre system is hardly switched on; it's a white elephant, result of an impulsive buy.
  • All cables/wires are connected at the rear ports; only 3 cables are attached now (operational setup), being the power chord, HDMI cable from NUC to TV, and a USB extension cable where my Logitech K400r keyboard/touchpad's wireless receiver is attached (extension cable changed to USB hub recently).
I've tried connecting the receiver directly to both the front and rear USB ports, no good outcome.
  • NUC is sitting upright atop of my wooden TV console, not mounted onto my 32" flat panel TV and is away from other electronic appliances.

Hope these info would be useful.
