Contacted support received an RMA number and a lot of nonsense e-mails with impossible to make documentation to send to UPS in Brazil that doesn't have a phone to contact and consumers sites here in Brazil have a lot of complaints that UPS receive products for RMA for Intel and Seagate and things die there with no contact. This is Intel's 5 year warranty here in Brazil. Probably I will need to end up to ask for a lawyer to send a formal letter to UPS address as they don't answer the phone, maybe in front of a judge they can be contacted.
