I understand you are trying to get video signal from your HDMI TV through your computer using an external video card.
Does the HDMI video port on your graphics card work?
Have you tested the video card on a different PC?
The BIOS on the computer does not provide any option for HDMI output but did you check TV source settings? I know that once you change video cable, you need to change video source on the TV.
