In Arduino IDE, Tools/Serial Ports is dimmed. Helps says to go to Control Panel / System and Security / System / Device Manager, then Ports (COM & LPT) and chose the COM Port assigned to "Gadget Serial". As the enclosed picture shows, Ports (COM & LPT) is missing. Please help me...
