Hello Jason,
In Boot order on main page, UEFI boot is checked and Windows 8.X is selected in Boot configuration/UEFI boot pane.
The USB boot dongle is #1 in the UEFI boot priority, however the SSD is not shown (I'm not sure if its supposed to either).
