PengBerg, considering that you own a mobile device preinstalled with Windows* 8.1 I was just wondering if this ever worked for you in the past. I am just thinking that the option should appear with everything as factory default. Furthermore, is the system manufacturer able to confirm that this option appears in other units of the same model?
