Re: WiDi Conflict with WLAN Connection on Windows 8.1

I am seeing similar problem. I am on a Lenovo U310 Touch laptop. I can connect to the internet OR to my Netgear Push2TV ptv3000, but I cannot be connected to them at the same time. I am on Windows 8.1 and have patched everything up to date (downloaded and installed latest Intel WIDI Tool. When connected to Internet and I try to connect to PTV3000, I get prompted and can connect to PTV3000 to pair the device, but I also cannot use the Charm, Device, Project option to connect to the detected PTV3000 device. I just get the failure message (PTV3000 sees the attempt to connect for  a short period, but then indicates failure). I am seeing a message in the Event log application Log of Windows 8.1 saying that :

Hope this help ;troubleshoot issue and a solution is forthcoming soon. Gotta be able to connect to both at the same time.
