I am sorry to hear you are having problems with the Intel® Rapid Storage Technology but let me help you.
It is important that the Intel® Rapid Storage Technology will provide the capability to manage the array but I at this point there is no way to check the status of every single HDD. The software will rebuild the array when there is an error or a problem with the structure.
