Video went to a green hue

I have an Intel NUC DC3217IYE and today, while doing some work in Windows 8 (namely installing Start8 to make it look like Windows 7), everything went to a green hue.

I can't seem to get normal colors back

I've been using a HDMI to VGA converter (Trulink® HDMI to VGA Adapter Converter) but I am seeing this issue on two monitors (wanted to see if it was hardware on my end)
